recently he is pursuing a startup venture in the field of non-fossil
fuel
transportation for California commuters. Nolan
(Ph.D.
Scripps Institution of Oceanography) has a strong academic research
background
in biology and ecology, has authored a college textbook on ecosystems
and has
published a number of technical reports and peer reviewed journals in
the
fields of environmental science and ecological research.
